People (even people in the U.S.) think that Russia is a strong army. Much of it comes in a number of people in my opinion, and that is why China is an army well. Russia has more than 141 million people, while the United States has about 330 million people, and we have better weapons and more technologically advanced than Russia. So why do people believe that Russia (a good soldier, but also fears of Russia an unbiased point of view)? Is it because they also have nuclear weapons?

From personal experience living and working conditions with the Russians in Bosnia and Kosovo, I can say that they are largely ineffective, except in cases of organized crime and banditry. This is a recruitment, non-commissioned officers corps of the weak and corrupt officers. They live very dirty, fraud and theft by the locals to their places of use and participate in black market and smuggling.
